We want to be as up front with our repair pricing as possible. Sometimes this may be confusing. We offer to repair the appliance at the clients home, or the client can schedule a time to bring the appliance to our shop for a diagnostic and/or repair. If the client wants to save money, bringing the appliance to our shop is the way to go. If this is simply not possible, then scheduling a In-Home Service would be a great option.
So once the client has determined a In-Home or Drop-Off option for repair, then we can get to work. First, we will do the diagnostics. We will determine to the best of our ability what are the issues, what parts (if any) are needed, and the cost of parts and labor to repair the appliance. We will then provide a Estimate to our client. From that point, we either will repair the appliance or leave the estimate that is good for 10 business days. Over 90% of our repairs are done the same day.
